Venus AIPrivacy policy

TEAM NEZILIO ("we") is the data controller for Venus AI. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In short, your chats, files and keys stay on your PC. Cloud features are optional, and you choose exactly what to share.
What stays on your PC
- Chats, memories, library files, creations and settings
- API keys, which are encrypted with Windows DPAPI
- Screen captures for "Look at my screen". These go only to the AI provider you chose, and only when you ask
- Camera frames for "Look at my camera". One picture is sent, only when you ask, only to the AI provider you chose, and never saved
- Hand tracking for Finger drag. The hand model runs on your PC and no video is uploaded

We never collect the contents of your camera, microphone, screen or files. Screen sharing goes directly between your own devices.
Who processes data
- Supabase, for accounts and the database
- Cloudflare, for website hosting
- The AI providers you choose, which receive your prompts directly from your PC under their own privacy policies
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in, your browser keeps a sign-in token in local storage. The Venus guide remembers whether you pressed Skip.
Keeping data
Account data, usage counts and crash reports are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Switching off a sharing option stops new data being sent.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings, then Account. Delete everything at Your account. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Children
Venus is not intended for children under 16.
