Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the Venus AI desktop app, the Venus Remote web app and the website venusai.nezilio.com (together, "Venus"), provided by TEAM NEZILIO ("we", "us"), based in Ireland. By installing or using Venus you agree to these terms.

1. Using Venus

  • You must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for what you ask Venus to do on your computer and for the content you create.
  • Do not use Venus for anything illegal, to harm others, to access computers you do not own or have permission to control, or to make content that breaks the law or infringes other people's rights.

2. AI providers and your keys

Venus connects to AI services you choose, such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Groq, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs and Ollama, using your own keys. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and pricing. We are not responsible for their services, charges or outputs.

3. AI output

AI can be wrong. Check important information, especially medical, legal or financial advice, before relying on it. Venus asks for your approval before risky actions, but you remain responsible for approving them.

4. Remote control

Only connect to devices you own or are allowed to control. You can end any session at any time from the PC. Do not switch on unattended access on shared computers.

5. Accounts

Keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from the website or the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse Venus or the Community.

6. Community

Be kind. Do not post personal information, spam or illegal content. We may remove posts that break these rules.

7. Software licence and updates

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Venus. Venus may download signed updates; you can switch off automatic updates in Settings.

8. Liability

Venus is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss or charges from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app or by email.
